Q. Do I need a wifi or some data network to work on my issues from mobile?
A. No, Bugsack works offline too! Once the connectivity with remote JIRA is established, you can work on issues without a wifi or 3G network. Network connectivity is required only to receive the latest and greatest information.
Q. Can I use my favorite filters to search issues with Bugsack?
A. Yes, all your favorite filters can be accessed on mobile using Bugsack.
Q. Is it possible to file an issue in JIRA using Bugsack?
A. Absolutely, create issues from anywhere, anytime on the go.
Q. Can I view details pertaining to an issue from my mobile?

Q. Do I need to register to use the application?
A. No. You can use your JIRA login credentials (username and password) along with JIRA URL code.
JIRA URL code is the 'https' URL that you use to connect to enterprise JIRA on your PC. Simply use the https://... URL on your mobile to establish connection with remote JIRA.
